The true function of this mysterious gland, has long been contemplated by philosophers and Spiritual Adepts. Ancient Greeks believed the pineal gland, to be our connection to the Realms of Thought. Descartes called it, the Seat of the Soul. This gland is activated by Light, and it controls the various biorhythms of the body.It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland, which directs the body's thirst,hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock, that determines our aging process.

When the pineal gland awakens, one feels a pressure at the base of the brain. This pressure will often be experienced, when connecting to higher frequency. A head injury, can also activate the Third Eye - Pineal Gland.

When activated, the pineal gland becomes the line of communication, with the higher planes. The crown chakra, reaches down, until its vortex touches the pineal gland. Prana, or pure energy, is received through this energy center in the head. With Practice, the vibration level of the astral body is raised, allowing it, to separate from the physical.

To activate the 'third eye' and perceive higher dimensions, the pineal gland and the pituitary body, must vibrate in unison, which is achieved through meditation and / or relaxation. When a correct relationship is established, between personality, operating through the pituitary body, and the soul, operating through the pineal gland, a magnetic field is created. The negative and positive forces, interact and become strong enough, to create the 'light in the head.

With this 'light in the head' activated, astral projectors can withdraw themselves, from the body, carrying the light with them. Astral Travel, and other occult abilities, are closely associated with the development of the 'light in the head'. After physical relaxation, concentration upon the pineal gland, is achieved, by staring at a point in the middle of the forehead. Without straining the muscles of the eye, this will activate the pineal gland and the 'third eye'.

Analysis of the Sound of the Sun Water Crystal

In February of 2008, I decided to cooperatively test a hypothesis with Saida Medvedeva, Producer of the film “Water – The Great Mystery”; exposing water molecules and the human body and its nervous system to the Sound of the Sun recordings by NASA.

The first test was to expose the Sound of the Sun to the human body while the subject was wired to a GDV human aura camera that sees the amount of energy radiating from all 7 of our energy systems (chakras).

After a person heard the sound of the sun for one minute, researchers could see that the amount of energy radiating from the 4th energy center (human heart center), had increased dramatically while the other 6 centers subsided. The sound of the sun was activating the heart field.

The implications of this discovery for healing the heart center and possibly heart dis-ease needed to be studied further. What Dr. Len Horrowitz found was that all of the harmonic frequencies known within many of the sound vibration healing techniques were also identified to be inside the harmonic frequencies of the Sound of the Sun.

The next experiment was to emulate Dr. Masaro Emoto’s ground breaking work and find the effects of the Sound of the Sun on water molecules that were flash frozen in a natural state, a polluted state, and then exposing those same waters to human intention (positive and negative) and music of various sorts. These pictures of Dr. Emoto's work is from the Hay House Published book, Messages From Water. Notice the difference between water exposed to negative thought, music and/or words and that of those exposed to positive thought, music and/or words.

The Experiment
In February of 2008, tests were conducted in Russia based on my hypothesis. Ordinary water was exposed to the NASA sound of the sun and cryogenically flash frozen then photographed and examined under a dark field microscope.

The results were beyond my wildest expectations. The researchers had never seen such an amazing result and such perfect symmetry and beauty. The crystal of the frozen Sound of the Sun was speaking in a language that was consistent with our understanding of numerology and deep philosophy. The crystal was a perfect geometrical pattern.

Is fluoride safe?

It's been linked to cot death, eczema and cancer - but now the Government wants to put it in our tap water. This mass medication can't be right, says Zac Goldsmith


When is it right for a government to mass-medicate the public? It's hard to imagine a scenario. If we faced the spread of a new and lethal plague, most people would probably accept draconian intervention. But it would have to be serious.

Today, however, we're told by the Government's Alan Johnson that he intends to pursue a policy of mass medication of the British public. Not to prevent smallpox or the bubonic plague, but to tackle tooth decay. Well, tooth decay is bad news, but it's hardly the stuff of nightmares. However, fluoride, the medicine he's chosen, may well be.

We don't know if fluoride works. In the United States, where 65 per cent of people are routinely subjected to the chemical, the worst tooth decay occurs in poor neighbourhoods of the largest cities, the vast majority of which have been fluoridated for decades. When fluoridation was halted in parts of Finland, East Germany, Cuba and Canada, tooth decay actually decreased.

One of the reasons for this is that fluoride is believed to work best when applied directly, for example to the tooth. Drinking fluoride to prevent cavities is like swallowing bandages to cure a broken arm. Another reason is that a policy of mass medication through the water supply assumes that we are all the same age, size and weight, and therefore require the same dose.

What we do know is that fluoride is toxic – so toxic, in fact, that in 1984, the makers of Colgate, Procter & Gamble, reportedly admitted that a small tube of their toothpaste "theoretically at least contains enough fluoride to kill a small child".

Fluoride has been linked to cot death, eczema and Alzheimer's. It has been shown, at low doses, to cause genetic damage. And it has been linked by doctors from the National Cancer Institute and the National Health Federation to cancer.

Because fluoride causes collagen, an essential structural component in skin, muscle, ligaments and bone, to disintegrate, big question-marks are being raised over its possible contribution to arthritis, a problem that has increased by 63 per cent since 1997, and which now affects 70 million Americans.



Other reports are appearing that link the accumulation of fluoride in bones to an increase in hip fractures among the elderly. The Journal of the American Medical Association reported recently that "with increasing dose of fluoride in the drinking water, the hip fracture ratio increases," a view echoed by The Lancet, The Annals of Epidemiology and other science journals.

Further studies have linked fluoride use to hyperthyroidism (underactive thyroid glands), one of the most widespread medical problems in the US, affecting more than 20 million people and leading to fatigue, weight gain, depression and heart disease. That's scarcely surprising, given that fluoride used to be prescribed by European doctors to depress thyroid activity.

Alan Johnson's principal concern is for the poorest in society. But studies as far back as the Fifties, by the American Dental Association and the Canadian National Research Council, have shown that people with poor diets are more susceptible to the health risks of long-term ingestion of fluoride.

What is extraordinary is that fluoride was ever considered for mass medication. It has always been contentious. Indeed, the first ever lawsuits against the US 's atomic bomb programme, the Manhattan Project, concerned fluoride, not radiation. What's more, the first health tests for fluoride were designed to establish how much industry could afford to release into the environment without damaging human health.

In the summer of 1943, a group of New Jersey farmers reported that something was "burning up" their peach trees, maiming their horses and cattle and killing their chickens. The source of these ills was a nearby DuPont corporation factory that was producing millions of pounds of fluoride for use in the Manhattan Project. Immediately after the war, the farmers filed suit against DuPont. At the time, the Manhattan Project's chief of fluoride toxicology studies, Professor Harold C Hodge, asked his superiors if there "would be any use in making attempts to counteract the local fear of fluoride through lectures on fluoride toxicology and perhaps the usefulness of fluoride in tooth health?"




The most widely cited study into the benefits of water fluoridation was conducted in New Zealand between 1954 and 1970, and it is used by fluoridation advocates to this day. But the study failed to meet the most basic criteria for scientific objectivity, not least because the decline in tooth decay that the community in question experienced was also seen in other non-fluoridated communities in the region. The then Mayor of Auckland, Sir Dove-Myer Robinson, described the so-called Hastings Experiment as a "swindle".

At best, the jury is out. Perhaps there are reams of recent studies that lay these fears to rest. If so, Johnson needs to share them with us. Mass medication is a big deal, and there should be proper debate before it is applied. Is fluoride safe? Does it even work? More importantly, is it right for a government to impose a controversial medicine on the entire population to deal with a non-life-threatening complaint?

When the Government first mooted this idea, Hazel Blears and Elliot Morley, who were then ministers at the Health and Environment departments respectively, suggested with breathtaking arrogance that "those who remain adamantly opposed would be able to use water filters that remove fluoride or buy bottled drinking water". Alan Johnson, the current Health Secretary, needs to demonstrate a far greater respect for British people than that.

So you know the whole 2000 an Yen thing.. yeah, its been a good year. Im three quarters through the tour with Newcastle, Brighton and Hampstead still to go. It's been so well received ( 4* across the board ) that we're now in talks over the international tour (Tokyo baby !!!).

Its taken every piece of me to get onstage every night to tell this toxic unstageable story. Its broken my body, blown out both knees, shoulders and lower back, leaving me walking like an 80 yr old... and i wouldn't change it for the world. Standing shoulder to shoulder with so many special actors, broken an bruised we scream out into the night like lost boys.



The play is Oscar Wildes Salome produced by Headlong and directed by Jamie Lloyd. Every element is at the forefront of its game, leaving us free to explore every element of our darker psyche to ensure the story is set, emotionally,physically and creatively in a world suitable to that of its biblical roots.

Death of the last Hell raiser,

Dennis Hopper (May 17, 1936 – May 29, 2010) passed away yesterday, its been a funny ole month, some of my favourites have decided now is the time to shift off the mortal coil, and so be it. If the time was right.

But is the time ever right?

Anyways, Hopper was a mad man of Hollywood, his roles have always been a source of constant inspiration to me as an actor, his fearlessness and devotion to the craft will forever stand as a testament to how this job is done.

Wish he could have seen the show, he would have loved it.

The turbulence in Thailand over the last few months has been deeply upsetting. The peaceful protests to the calling for fair leadership have erupted into all out street battles between the Army and the people of this beautiful country. The land of smiles has been flipped on its head.

So heres what their fighting over and where the conflict stands at the moment:


The Red Shirts want to get rid of the current government, headed by Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, who was born in Newcastle.

They claim his PAD party should be removed because it came to power after the military forced out the previous government.

Thai troops Thai troops have taken back control of Bangkok's shopping district

They are demanding fresh elections and a new constitution for the country.



The two sides have clashed many times in the past, but the conflict has intensified since the start of 2010.

Although no one has claimed responsibility, anti-government protesters have been blamed for a series of bomb attacks on police and school buildings.

From March until now, the Red Shirts occupied parts of Bangkok city centre including the top shopping district.

A security force of around 50,000 troops was called in to get rid of them.

During one attempt to clear out the protesters, 38 people were killed and 800 injured.

Now troops have stormed the protestors' camp and arrested its main leaders.



My bestfriend lives in the heart of Bangkok and has been filling me in on whats actually going on, its deeply disturbing, i just get a sense the armies been waiting to scratch this itch for quite sometime, the result is well exactly what they wanted. The protesters are now terrorists..

The government messed up this time, bringing in the military, has further driven a divide between the people of Thailand and the ruling parties. The Red Shirts will now deal with this as a dictatorship, and if the King is infact in poor health the country will be torn in two due to civil war.

Downtown Bangkok turned into a flaming battleground today as an army assault toppled the Red Shirt protest leadership, enraging followers who fired grenades and set numerous fires that cloaked the skyline in a black haze.

Using live ammunition, troops dispersed thousands of anti-government protesters who had been camped in the capital's premier shopping and residential district for weeks. Four protesters and an Italian news photographer were killed in the ensuing gunbattles and about 60 wounded.



After Red Shirt leaders gave themselves up to police, rioters set fires at the Stock Exchange, several banks, the headquarters of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority, the high-end Central World shopping mall and a cinema complex that collapsed.

The government declared a nighttime curfew in Bangkok, and said army operations would continue through the night. An announcement signed by Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and broadcast on television said nobody in the capital was allowed out of their homes from 8pm until 6am unless they have permission from authorities.



Protesters also turned their rage on the local media, which they have accused of pro-government coverage. They attacked the offices of state-run Channel 3, setting fire to cars outside and puncturing water pipes that flooded the building.

Cabinet minister Satit Vongnongteay described the chaos as anticipated "aftershocks."
"There are violent-prone protesters who remain angry," Satit told a news conference.

Lets see what happens, my heart is with those who have laid down their lives for what they believe.

THE ROAD TO WEMBLEY JUST TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORSE

Football and comedy fans will experience plenty of laugh-out-loud moments in The Shouting Men, a brand new British comedy film from co-writers and stars Matt Daniel-Baker and Warren Llambias and director Steve Kelly. Also starring Dudley Sutton, Vyelle Croom, Tony Denham, Craig Fairbrass, weather girl and TV presenter Lara Lewington and featuring cameo appearances from a variety of well-known faces from the football world including England football legends John Barnes and Peter Beardsley, the film chronicles the uproarious misadventures of a group of football supporters during a cross-country “away day” weekend to watch their beloved team play in the quarter finals of the FA Cup.

An amiable British comedy about a totally mismatched group of characters, brought together by football in the way that only football can do, The Shouting Men perfectly captures the inane but hilarious banter of footie fans and if you’re fed up with football films always being about football violence this is a welcome and very funny look at the lighter side of the beautiful game – a real comedy for real football fans.

And just in case you were wondering, the film’s rather apt title comes from the Latin phrase “domus clamantium” – or “home of the shouting men” – Gillingham FC’s club motto and a traditional epithet associated with the town of Gillingham.

A young fashion designer battles her evil ex-boss, a sexy but devilish business partner and snobby fashionistas as she strives to get her big break in work and love in Material Girl a new six-part romantic comedy. Its Aired on BBC 1, January the 14th, 8-9pm.

Set in the bustling, creative hotbed of London's Brick Lane, Leonora Crichlow (Being Human, Sugar Rush) plays Ali Redcliffe, who sets out to make a name for herself as a fashion designer, in the only way she knows how, through sheer hard work and talent.

But scheming Davina Bailey, played by Dervla Kirwan (Doctor Who), is the designer of the moment – the woman that every hot star wants to be dressed by – and she isn't about to give up her crown as queen of fashion.

The alternative Jazz/Crooner group Morphine made a name for themselves on public and college radio during the mid-nineties with their self described "low-rock". The three piece formed in Cambridge Massachusetts in 1989 and derived it's sound with an unusual combination of instruments. Lead singer Mark Sandman combined his baritone, crooner voice with a custom two string bass guitar which he played with a slide. Dana Colley, the bands co-founder primary played the baritone saxophone, sometimes combined with a soprano or tenor sax which he played simultaneously.

Morphine released 5 studio albums as well as several B-sides and live compilations. The last Morphine studio album, The Night, was released after Sandman's death in 1999 of a heart attack on stage at age 46.

The way she goes..

Today I watched a Robin Red Breast being torn asunder by our cat, casually he sauntered in laid out the bird before me on the tiled floor, a gift. As i looked into the Robins eyes, I saw myself.

With the natural order of things being what they are the cat was just doing what it was programmed to do, survival of the fittest, keeping the balance. Even in the jaws of fate the Robin seemed so at peace with what was to be his final journey. I knew at any given point I could have freed him, yet I didn't.

For it was a symbol. A symbol of what has been and what is to be. At this time of year one reflects on the journey thus far and usually we drink and eat too much to somehow make it seem worth while. The Hope through Sufferance that the next year will bring about a change in our luck, a change in our ultimate fate.

As I watched him take his final breath before the jaws of fate clamped down for last time, i could only hear one song in my head, i closed my eyes and with a nod of my head in salute, sent him off in my heart back into the cycle of life.

For there is only, Sufferance through Hope.

Wolves an Avatars..

Has anyone else noticed that Avatar has worrying similarities to Dances with Wolves, it cost $300.000.000 to make and despite a horrific waste of money in re: global economic climate, I loved every second. Yeah i know, Indigenous life loving nomads with bows and stones fighting Mankinds's inability to curb his desire for absolute power through mass destruction and greed

right up my alley i hear you say

But its sentiment hit a real chord with me even though a similar chord was hit by Kevin Costner in the original,

(no but really, its the same story. Naughty Cameron, that's a bad boy!).



Strange how as a species, our drive to become ever closer to the machine and all the glories it promises has driven us like cattle to the big cities of promise, on mass we've lost touch with our primal selves. This ever increasing lack of control we've developed on all levels is worrying, its almost like we're slowly but surely going into a global coma. Soon we'll evolve into nothing more then reality television wage slave androids sponsored by Tesco. Unbiasedly used for market research poles, unlicensed product testing and overall general life expectancy ROI statistics for global advertising conglomerates...wait.

When was the last time you touched the earth, felt the contours of a leaf or smelt and felt the sea mist on your face on a crisp winter morning.

Italian street artist Blu Blu has been ahead of the game re: stop animation street art for a few years now. His unique style can only be described as urban organic sprawl. Berlusconi - In The Face

One of the worlds most corrupt public figures, Berlusconi Prime Minister of Italy, literally took it in the face today, is this a sign of the times ?, a sign of things to come for those leading we the people into further despair. As a global consciousness, are we going to slowly start rising up to the words:

Chasing the Status..

Nobody likes a cheat, nobody except lets say the cheat. Mista Bishi recently single handily brought an entire line of artists into dispute. Djing in its own right is a dying art. There are computer software that pretty much beat matches for you, c.d's have replaced the vinyl the list goes on. But the one thing you try to hold onto is at least the Dj is earning his money, at least hes actually mixing....

Well

Mista Bishi while supposedly mixing a 2hr set was filmed without his knowledge, during this film it was clear to see he wasn't in fact Djing he was in fact, texting on the phone, and twiddling with nobs on his mixer, which were switched off. That's right.

Here you can see the cdj is infact turned off.

It wasn't an isolated situation, Chase and Status also were recorded without their knowledge and for the first 15-20 mins they didn't switch the cd in their mixer once, the pair were also guilty of twiddling nobs in the event the audience thought they were mixing. That's right, you pay £20 to get into a club to see your favorite Dj's doing their thing, except, their not doing a damn thing except take your money and stick on pre-mix c.d's. These guys get in excess of £1200 a night for a set.



Which in the end begs the question, how many other Dj's are doing this.

Torches and nooses at the ready, its a witch hunt boys.

Inkfetish..

Here's an exciting new project from Inkfetish featuring at the Barbican in London, here's an excert from his new website which is chock full of new work from the hottest new talent on the scene.

"For the majority of last month, I’ve been working alongside music producer ‘Mikey J’ on a really exciting project in conjunction with what I can only describe as an urban dance version of ‘The Pied Piper’ which deputed earlier this year at The Barbican to critical acclaim.



This December It’s back and I’ve been brought on board to recreate 12 illustrations/paintings to feature in a new audio/visual soundtrack that acts as a prequel to the ‘Pied Piper’ entitled ‘Rat’s Lair’. Confused? I was too at first but it’s shaping up to be a really interesting cross media project, and the first time I’ve been involved in producing sequential artwork since my comic ‘No Strings’ back in 2005.

I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve been up to and can let you now know that I’ll be exhibiting the works to coincide with the opening night of the play on the 11th of December. The work will be on display along with a big mural painted by myself in the main foyer on the Ground floor until December 22nd."
